`Enable update of the modified key` setting is assumed to be on when it is off.

When I have the Enable update of the modified key setting turned off, the updated_at property key is still added to the frontmatter. the Enable edit duration key setting is followed correctly.

The Use custom frontmatter handling solution setting seems to disable frontmatter entirely, which works for my use case as I am here for the status bar clock, it is a workaround to the Enable update of the modified key setting being ignored rather than a fix proper.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Make new vault.
2. Install plugin from community plugins.
3. Enable plugin.
4. Go into plugin settings and disable ALL toggles.
5. Create a new Note in the Vault.
6. Start typing.
7. Notice updated_at property appear in the frontmatter of the Note.
8. Double check that the Enable update of the modified key setting is turned off in the plugin settings.
