That doesn't match with the ISO-like format you're discussing in the original post.

If you have the format of updated_at property set to YYYY-MM-DD[T]HH:mm:ss.SSSZ and you get an extra YY at the start of the string, that is indeed a bug that needs to be looked into. Can you confirm that it is this that is happening? Can you screenshot the settings of the plugin?

It's a peculiar bug,

Do you use custom metadata handling solution or you went with the default setting (the first one)? If not much trouble, can you reproduce the same bug in a newly created Obsidian vault with other plugins disabled?

Unfortunately, or rather thankfully, the error cannot be reproduced in a new vault with deactivated plugins.

As I remember, ~ 350 notes were affected. Because of this amount I guess, it was an error caused already by an older release of your plugin.

1. I deactivated every of these plugins but yours.

2. I deactivated every css snippet.

3. I changed the theme to standard.

4. I renamed the folder plugins and made an new one - only with your plugin.

5. I renamed the folder snippets and made an empty new one.

6. I downloaded obsidian again and installed over the existing one.

In my productive vault, the error persists.

That's strange: If I use it in my productive vault (which holds nothing but the notes), I get the error. In my TestVault, there is the correct result. --> It must have something to do with the test-note. I copied it to the TestVault, and I can reproduce the issue.

Here is the file, which causes the problems:

It there is a leading 24, then this timestamp doesn't get updated. Deleting the leading 24 solves this.

edited_seconds always remain at 10. If I delete the whole line, it does not occure again.

The last thing that would be really helpful, can you confirm if you have this option toggled on or off?

It's interesting that it persists in the note rather than a vault. Could be shortcomings of YAML parsing. My plugin is able to use one of two methods for this. Do both cause this issue, or just the default setting (toggled off)?
