Text entry doesn't block keyboard shortcuts

When typing in a text field, when pressing any key that's also assigned as a shortcut still triggers the shortcut as normal.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new level
2. Go to File > Save As
3. Type in '12345' as the file name

Actual behavior: When typing each character, the Edit Mode changes.
Expected behavior: No additional actions are triggered when typing a file name.

Rained version: 2.3.0 (Linux)
OS: Debian 12 (6.1.0-34-amd64 #1 SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Debian 6.1.135-1 (2025-04-25) x86_64 GNU/Linux)

I was not able to reproduce this in Windows, so this appears to be a Linux specific bug.

I'm using KDE Plasma and was able to reproduce the issue when using either X11 or Wayland as the window manager.

This issue still occurs in 2.4.0.

for some reason imgui is not reporting that it's capturing the keyboard. that is, ImGui.GetIO().WantCaptureKeyboard is always false. i will investigate this issue.

sorry for the long wait. it turns out all i had to do was rebuild cimgui.so. rest assured, i have absolutely no idea why that worked and no idea why it wasn't working before. i thought it would have been something more complex.

just to make sure, would you mind trying to reproduce the bug on the latest nightly?
