Add some kind of `restage` command

Sometimes after doing a cranko commit, it turns out that there's a problem, or I forgot to stage a package, and I want to go back and edit the staging info. We should offer some kind of workflow to extract the staging information from the rc tip, put it back on disk, and reset the rc brach to its parent.
