Template repo with Github Action CI

I want to use Github CI but I don’t know how to configure it. Can you create a template project?

This is a good suggestion! I'm not familiar with GitHub CI but hopefully it would not be hard to create a basic template, and I bet that many people would potentially find it useful. Unfortunately my bandwidth is extremely limited and I'm not sure if I personally will find the time to set this up any time soon, but a template contribution would be extremely welcome.
