Cleanup Config Comments

There are a lot of configs that I have that I have just kept around the default config with some minor changes. I would like to cut down on the comments present in those files and remove any settings I do not need.

Here is a list of configs that I would like to do this in:

• Kitty.conf
• rkhunter.conf

The kitty changes will need to be swapped out and verified. If it works and does not seem to have issues, we can go ahead with this.
