[UI] Improve Mobile Responsiveness on sign-up/sign-in page

Description:
The UI is not fully responsive when viewed on smaller screen sizes (mobile/tablet). Certain elements are misaligned, overflowing, or not adjusting properly to different screen widths.

Expected Behavior:

The UI should adapt seamlessly to different screen sizes.

Elements should be aligned properly.
