Special Characters in headers prevent replace

The script was running but was not replacing the content for one of the columns within the sheet. The column header was "Where did you learn about this opportunity?"

After some experimentation, I removed the "?" from the header and the script worked.

The workaround is to make sure you don't have special characters in any of your column headers.
