Hello,

Would it be possible to add Duelist Kingdom rules as an option for a duel mode for either your LE or Master Duel Mod? (I'm guessing your more focused on MD now). The main rules for the duel mode are:

  • Players could Summon monsters of any Level, without offering Tribute.
  • Neither player was allowed to attack their opponent's LP directly.
  • Only one monster was allowed to declare an attack per player per turn.

Optional DK rules which would be nice to have:

  • A player could summon a monster in face-up Defense Position or flip a Set monster into face-up Defense Position. (Would be perfect for Weevi's Cocoon of Evolution - I'd love this rule to be added globally as it was very common in the anime for characters to choose whether to set a monster face-down or face-up.
  • If a player failed to summon a monster during their turn when they didn't control one, they would automatically lose the duel.
  • When a monster was destroyed by a card effect, the controller of that card would receive damage equal to half of that monster's ATK points. This is especially noticeable when a monster is destroyed by "Mirror Force". (This might be abit overkill though)
  • Normal Spell cards are treated as Quick Play spells
  • A Ritual Spell Card did not need to have its corresponding Ritual Monster in the hand in order for it to be activated.
  • Fusion Monsters were treated as monsters from the main deck (Joey played Fusion Monsters such as Giltia the D. Knight and Flame Swordsman as Normal monsters.)
