As requested by Jessica Alley: 

When using the ACE GUI to input number of peptides and other parameters, the total number of pools and plates is automatically calculated as soon as I type in a new number (which is great). However, if I use the up or down arrows instead of typing, the totals are not automatically calculated, even after clicking out of the respective field.
