Newest profiles are not shown in users feeds

As by said by multiple users in nostr, when adding new profiles in rsslay they don't appear inmediatly in their feeds.
This could be caused by several causes:

• Delay of rsslay to emit events (has to parse the remote feed and then emit events).
• Replayed events to current relays, if users are not connected to the relays that rsslay is replaying to, could be affected.
• Some limitations in clients?

Need for triage.
