Docs: Version selector not accessible on small screens / mobile devices

What happened:
On mobile/small screens, the docs version selector is hidden, so users cannot switch documentation versions.
After PR #6480, users land on v1 docs by default, but mobile users still cannot change versions.

What you expected to happen:
Mobile users should have an accessible way to switch documentation versions.

How to reproduce it:

• Open the docs on a mobile device or small screen.
• Try to find the version selector.
  Result: Version selector is not visible.

Environment:

• Others: Docs site (mobile / small screens)
