huggingface enable symlinks

I'm installing FramePack (first test of Pinokio) and I see this in the installation spam:

file_download.py:144: UserWarning: `huggingface_hub` cache-system uses symlinks by default to efficiently store duplicated files but your machine does not support them in F:\pinokio\api\Frame-Pack.git\app\hf_download\hub\models--lllyasviel--flux_redux_bfl. Caching files will still work but in a degraded version that might require more space on your disk.

Is there a way to enable an elevated mode so that these can work?
