(feature request) Comment tags #15

PROMPT
Let's add the ability for comments to have "tags", tags can be added by project owner/team members.
At the top of the comment panel, the tags are shown within small badges, all 'active' by default, left clicking one would turn all other tags off and leave (or set) the one we clicked on to 'on', the comment panel would then show only comments with that specific tag (hiding all others). RIGHT clicking a tag at the top of the comment panel would toggle on/off that specific tag only without altering the overall tag filtering we already have going.
WHY
This would greatly help triaging on the fly the comments you care about when working on the video.
EXAMPLE
especially great if you have some comments that give you in/out points, while having some other comments talking about something else and yet some other kinds of comments... you get the idea. Having them on all the time can just be super bloated and frustrating to work with as an editor
