(feature request) gang video players: playhead + play/pause state of any user looking at a video

Not sure how this should get implemented tbh so i'm not going to prompt that one.

The idea here is that I'd like to have my client go to a video share link, and see the video gets played/pause as I do it. I would (project own/team member) have the ability to click on a lock icon or something in order to "gang" video players of any user looking at that page.

Any thoughts?
