(feature request) Allow comments from users with no accounts

It would be great to be able to have client leave comments on a video without them being logged-in.
Probably as a toggle in the share modal? "Allow guests to comment" or something?

Let's implement a new feature, I want video review links to allow (per video) users with no accounts to leave comments on the video. We should add a toggle to the review link modal to "Allow guest comments", when toggle is on, that video will allow anyone that has access to the public, or restriced link(s) of said video to comment. simple.

^^ I second this! As someone who often works with agencies or middle-men who are representing a client needing a video, they will often take the link that I send them and forward it to the client. Then both the client and the agency can both view and comment together.

A side idea would be if they choose to not sign in, being able to just enter in a "guest" name so their comments could have a label, but not require a sign in. Lots of oversees companies in the tech space don't use Google accounts so it can be a stopping point. They'd have to do this every time they view a new video though...
