Add cards of related resources (blog, video, lab) to the end of doc pages

**Why:**

If we can use cards in the end of documentation pages, the we can provide related resources to users, such as related blog posts (https://www.pingcap.com/blog/), YouTube videos, or TiDB Labs (https://labs.tidb.io/) resources.
