Developing a Library

Hello,
I was working a project in which I required authentication using Aadhar. So, decided to google it up a bit and found a .net library and this one. Though I believe due to the change in the API host address of the CIDR server, causes the program to not respond.

I also looked into the UDAI's documentation and discovered the formats of the SOAP requests, but I am unable to understand the part where the encryption for PID begins.

If possible, I'd request you to guide me out a little. Would be highly grateful if you do so! :)
