Description
CircleCI is also free for private repositories so it's our best choice for running tests in paper repositories.
Setup using conda to create the same environment that we use, run the tests and static checks, then compile the PDF. Shoudln't run the results because they may take a long time to run.
Ideally, the CI should report test coverage.
Include badges in the README and instructions for setting up the CI on your own repo.
