Fix mic indicator after recording completion

When user completes recording the mic indicator is still visible on the OS status panel

I reproduced this behavior on various Ubuntu 24 versions (24.04 and 24.10), but cannot reproduce it on Windows
I wrote a bug-report to Chrome developers and will wait for fix, until this I'll leave this bug open
