Doesn't work with FISH

When I changed from Bash to FISH marker doesn't work anymore? https://fishshell.com/
Ctrl + space and the other commands do nothing

Oh it must be because fish is not using bashrc...

I've created a new tool with similar functionality that works on fish, it's standalone and doesn't have dependencies (like python)
