[Bug]: Expanded option in Perspective Editor does not work

Expected behavior

When using the expanded option for an accordeon entry, the entry should get expanded when loaded via the perspectives.

Actual behavior

Entry does not get expanded.

Steps to reproduce

Open the Perspectives editor.
Edit the PIM Perspective and set the Accessories to expanded.
Change the Perspective to PIM.
Accessories is not expanded.
