[Bug]: PimcoreDataHubBundle is internal

Expected behavior

I'm just going to call this a bug. Since #946 is this class as internal marked. As this class is added in bundles.php, it must not be internal.

Steps to reproduce

add the DataHubBundle to bundles.php
