[Feature] Allow `extra´ field "comment" #7

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
If we allow/implement the extra field "comment", this allows the extension to be used for multiple new purposes. A verifying information transfer is possible.
Its already used inside the lnurlp extension
Implement it in Device Timer extension would look like this:
