Example code does not work

Hi,
are you still maintaining your package? I am trying to run the example code but get this error:

KronaR(dat)
Error in system(command, as.integer(flag), f, stdout, stderr, timeout) :
character string expected as first argument

I would appreciate any help with this.

I just forked the project and it should work on linux only

I am not maintaining it :-)
I am just, like you, someone who'd like to have its Krona graph in R.
I am busy tweaking the package a bit but don't expect more than that.

Voilà, the new implementation should work with Windows. I am totally not happy with the rendering in shiny at the moment. Hope it helps.
