Eclipse Kepler PHP executable problem

Make Good cannot find the PHP Executable even though there is one defined. Happened after last update I did for PDT on Kepler. Tried reinstalling Make Good, same issue. Tried eclipse restarts with deleting/restoring PHP executables but no joy.
