externalize content specific CSS #61
Description
We have workaround CSS in components.css that gets applied to specific content for inner markup in an item config. pie-player-components should be content-neutral and not have css rules for this content.
To address this we'll need to update item model to allow content owners to reference specific CSS styles that should apply to markup they provide with their content.
