Two "$" in text should not be read as math equation

If a prompt includes dollar signs, then the characters in between will be read as if it was a math equation, even when this was not included in a math equation.

@edeustace we are not able to fix this on our side... can you help? A lot of math items, including imported CoreSpring items, include dollar signs.

@narayankj please add any additional info.
