About links in footer do not scroll page to top #42
Description
If you use the About links in the footer, and you click from a link higher in the list to a link lower in the list, the content changes but the viewport does not scroll to the top of the page.
If you click from a link lower in the list to a link higher in the list, then the content scrolls to top.
Only present in the footer. Links in sidebar work as expected.
