I followed all the steps explained in the readme of the repository but I encountered the fatal error

BSEC2.4.0.0_Generic_Release_23012023/algo/normal_version/bin/Raspberry/PiThree_ArmV6/bsec_interface.h: No such file or directory

What should I do to overcome this problem?

The BSEC release from BOSCH Sensortec is a 32 bit library for both the V6 and V8 releases.
Rasbian 64 bit OS will not run 32 bit code out of the box.

One way forward might be to install the 32 bit libraries:

dpkg --add-architecture armhf

I have not tried this, so let us know how you get on.

BOSCH have posted a new PiFour_Archv8 64bit library on the forum in response to your post.
Not sure if you tried it, but see above Pi4 issue above for details, but it works.
