Dark Mode support

I use the Dark Reader extension to get dark mode across all web pages:

This extension fails miserably on this page due to the complicated background image:

I can work around this by turning off Dark Reader. But I'd prefer to have it on.

I don't think it's in scope for pi-Base to support every browser extension that someone might write. However, I do think it's quite reasonable to request an intentional dark mode for pi-Base, so I will retitle this issue as such.
