Dicom support #30
Description
Currently DICOM support is limited to an unreliable input filter. Would be good to add better DICOM import and export:
- Revise current import functionality, there are two paths, one a naive use of pydicom and the
other a custom algorithm written to process some 'difficult' DICOM data - Add support to using dcm2niix if it is available
- Add DICOM export probably using pydicom
