Incorrect arrival time calculated in white paper mode

I'm using command line oxford_asl to process 3D ASL data (from older Siemens sequence).
When I use --wp (white paper mode), the arrival calculations seem to be off by an order of 1000 - i.e. mean arrival time for GM would be something like 0.0017 (assuming seconds). Is this expected, or is it a possible bug? I was thinking using white paper mode is a good idea...

Hi Peter,

I had similar issues with white paper mode, where it overrides some of the important flags you give it.
Because of this, I was not able to use the --wp flag for my multi-delay data - I thought it may have been related to using multiple PLDs/TIs, but I am not certain. I instead specified a lot of the optional flags myself.

Not a bug fix, but a personal suggestion not to use it!

Thanks Ella. My data is single-delay. I thought I was getting "reasonable" CBF with --wp, but decided to look at ATT as well... and now I'm scratching my head. I guess it's not too too late to re-run everything without --wp and see what comes out!
