ASL ROI Statistics

Hello,
I am trying to analyze the ASL data using oxford_asl module with --region-analysis flag but I keep getting the following error:
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/usr/local/fsl/bin/oxford_asl_roi_stats", line 5, in
from oxford_asl.roi_stats import main
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'oxford_asl'

Any help is appreciated.

Hi, could you let me know what version of FSL you are using. I am aware of an issue in early releases of 6.0.6 that could cause a problem like this, however it is fixed in the most recent update.

Hi - The version of FSL is 6.0.6.5.
