Hi Pawel — I'm interested and available to contribute as a maintainer.
I found this while looking for a solution to the multiplayer coordination problem specifically — multiple developers, each working through agents, same codebase. I'd been holding off on building anything myself, watching for a pattern in this space worth converging on rather than adding to the pile. This is the cleanest formulation I've seen yet, and I'm happy to be finding it at this early stage.
In my day job I'm part of a four-person engineering team where full agentic adoption has been gradual, but outside of that I've been working exclusively with agentic workflows and recently brought another developer onto one of my own projects — and that's where this multiplayer problem is live for me right now. The team will get there too, and I'd rather arrive at it with a solution I already know and trust.
I use Codex more than Claude Code lately, so a Codex adapter — config, AGENTS.md convention, documentation — would be a good place for me to start. Beyond that, a SQLite backend would be on my list — lowering the setup barrier seems worth doing early while adoption is still forming.
Happy to contribute early and build in the open.
