Multisignature transaction unbroadcasts

In escrow payment, and in moderated refunding, multisignature transaction doesn't work.
Here is the log about moderated refunding

And when i restarted openbazaard, the order status changed to "sql: no rows in result set"

In some moderated order will happen like this.

invalid character '{' after top-level value

If this "invalid character '{' after top-level value" error happened, the order can't affect payment status (confirmation) on seller's window.
