No module named 'progressbar'

Hi, can anyone help me, why progressbar cannot be installed? i also try do pip install progressbar2 at the terminal. 
I use windows, visual studio code. Its not working!

i am trying to rerun this coding since i want to explore community detection in temporal network via disease spreading
