• Add a NEWS page to the site with the latest 20 releases
• Add the top NEWS item to the front page, or possibly the top of the sidebar.
• Add a link to CHANGELOG.md in the sidebar
• publish.sh
  ** Make it easier to write the changelog as part of this process
  ** Also make it easy to write the NEWS article that will go with the release
  ** We need to be able to Preview the Changelog/News changes
  ** Send an email to mailing list automatically
  ** Send a tweet automatically
