2.1 Cleaning up acknowledgments with rotating highlight feature

We have a full list of current and previous members linked to the info found from airtable.

We are looking at a way to clean this up with a way to randomize and highlight volunteers. This randomize would happen on page refresh (or whatver the devs find working well as long as it randomizes)
