2.1 Dark Mode

A new style sheet for a dark mode of the phlask website.

Will need to discuss with devs about how we can grab the google maps dark mode.

Designs needed
- Style Sheet for new colors 
- Examples of components in the dark mode equivalent
- A switcher to get between the two
