Database Accommodation for Accepted Suggestions & Rollback

Description

We need to establish a process for maintaining version control for suggestions on a particular resource. This can include:

• The status of the suggestion (Accepted, Pending,Rejected/Removed)
• Any dependent considerations that arise from accepting a suggestion and establishing a version control flag/mechanism (i.e., add a column for version for that resource?)
