The database needs to support storage of an immutable audit log of suggestions and changes to a given resource as a result of crowdsourcing edits. This may be restricted to the database or propagated in the admin dashboard for convenience for maintainers.
At this time the issue will exist as both Design and Data until we delineate the tasks required and what constitutes an "MVP" of this functionality for the Crowdsourcing Edits milestone.
