Update YT-dlp to last version 2026.01.29

Some Lyrion users can't play something from Youtube because the YT-dlp is obsolete.
The Lyrion Youtube Plugin must be updated with the last version of the YT-dlp tool (current is 2026.01.29)
Maybe to avoid unnecessary update of that Lyrion plugin, an "Update" button inside the plugin to allows to download last available binaries of YT-dlp or to apply the commande "YT-dlp -U" where binaries are installed.
