Unable to force dedicated GPU utilization

My desktop and two mini-PCs both have no issue running FLC. My laptop, however, will only run FLC on the Intel GPU despite being specified in the Windows graphics settings to use the RTX 4050. I'm forced to use Firefox instead of FLC for best performance on my laptop. I've been able to force hardware acceleration in edge://settings under Edge and about:config in Firefox, but I can't seem to make that happen in FLC.

I have this same issue. I have a laptop with an intel GPU and an Nvidia GPU, and even if i set up both windows and nvidia control panel to use the Nvidia gpu, FLC still uses the intel one

@phenomen can confirm 100% that FLC ignores both Windows and NVIDIA copanel settings to use my GTX 1050.

GPU 0 is my intel integrated gpu, while GPU 1 is my Nvidia gtx 1050.
