Help! Why does my UVK5 cannot connect with wsjt-X

I want to send FT-8 on my uvk5, but when I try to connect it with digiManager and wsjt-X, Havn't any thing happen, I don't know why. Then I try to use some other way, But either havn't any thing happen.
my uvk5's fireware is cec-0.3QC
and I have enabled DIG.M to On
My uvk5 connect on COM5
So who know what need I do can let them connect and send FT-8?

I'm also having this same problem. I see WSJT-X is pulling the DTR pin low to trigger PTT, but I cannot hear or send anything in the patched version of WSJT-X. I have the correct audio devices set. I'm using an AIOC (All-in-One Cable) passed through as COM6 to WINE 10.0 (stable).
