videos are always re-uploaded

first of all: wonderful work, and thanks so much!

just FYI, for me, (some) videos seem always to be re-uploaded, so I now run it with this option

--include='\.(jpg|jpeg|png|gif|tiff|tif|bmp|psd|svg|raw)$'
