Not working on Notepad++ 7.6.3

I have .Net 3.5 and later installed on Windows 10 (64bit).
Notepad++ is 32 bit with toolbucket 32 bit latest version.
I see toolbucket in the Plugin Admin but not the manager.
Tried reinstalling same issue.
