Support for DGFiP AS4

For the connection to the French tax authority, we are looking to implement this using AS4 with Phase4. The specifications are on this page:

In particular, this is the download of the most recent specs:

This has a document "0- Dossier de specifications externes FE - Dossier général_v3.1.pdf" which has a section titled "3.3.2.3. Le protocole AS/4".

Is this something Phase4 could support?

This is the connection between each "PA" (Plateforme Agréée) and the government platform (PPF), so proprietary and different from Peppol exchanges. This uses different certificates, issued by AIFE. The interactions covered are e-invoicing (flux 1) Lifecycles during invoicing (flux 6), reporting of international transactions (Flux 10) and managing the annuaire (Flux 13, 14).
If phase4 supported this AS4, the instance (client/server) could be used as a gateway to the (proprietary) PPF.

They only have either a SFTP or AS/2 connection.

The mention of the AS/4 protocol is an error in their documentation and should be removed. I've already told them a while ago...

Ah that would explain why I couldn't find any "AS4 profile" or similar anywhere...

I have just asked to AIFE. The spec externe 3.1 clearly says that AS4 is supported.
I'll tell you onceI have a response.
