Convert .assembly file to .agp file

After scaffolding the ctg.fa, I obtained a ctg_HiC.fasta file with scaffolds, a ctg_HiC.assembly, and ctg.hic file. I could not trace back which contigs clustered together.

I would appreciate it if you could provide a script which could convert .assembly file to .agp file.
