Add datasetjson creation sections to our ADaM articles #128

As per pharmaverse/pharmaverse#410 we heard from Mike S for {datasetjson}:
With the 0.3.0 release I’d consider it stable. The 1.1.0 version of datasetson is stable so I don’t anticipate changing APIs again any time soon. Further updates would focus on enhancements, such as trying to better support numeric precision, supporting dataset ndjson, etc.
So now we have an opportunity in our ADaM examples at the end to also add code to create datasetjson renditions like we do currently for xpt, e.g. see https://pharmaverse.github.io/examples/adam/adsl.html#metacore_xportr
@mstackhouse @nicholas-masel - would either of you like to take this issue on? It would help with the adoption of your package.
